Yaz responded quickly, provided us with a text reminder and sent a text the day of service letting us know he was on his way. He also provided a two-hour arrival window which is a bonus. Yaz was friendly, professional and respectful of our property. The furnace was fixed in a timely manner which in the winter is a very good thing. I live in Vegas, my attempt to find any company that could help her same day, Was meant with appointments days out What sense does that make when your heat goes out in the dead of winter? Horrible business practice if you ask me. I contacted this business and thev went out same day, and fixed my mother's heating concern. THIS is how things should be done. Came within one hour of initial phone call, up and running within minutes! Cannot recommend enough.Posted on Google Mike Alleman I purchased a unit from Yaz almost two years to the day when it just went out. I thought maybe I didn't notice when, but the weather said otherwise. So that means I called Ultra on Saturday four hours after zero hour. Yaz picked up and we came up with a reasonable time widow. His tech Al showed up @ 9AM. Al pretty quickly diagnosed the issue, which sounds like it was caused by a power surge (I'm an engineer, I can say that). He said they normally charge 245 (295? I dont remember), but they wouldn't be charging me . IMHO, there' s a lot to unpack here and I will try to be brief. 1st, @ 50,000 feet. I have a saying so many suppliers can look like rock stars when they do a sweet job. It is when things go wrong you find out who you are really dealing with. Check this box. 2nd, the legal, ethical kind of stuff. I had written into my contract 1 year no charge labor. We are clearly out of that zone two years later. I am not sure a power surge is something that is covered under the warranty anyway. Check this box 3rd, zoom into ground level. So, a wire in the burned up. The block it attached to was burnt and got replaced. They are parts that are purchased and in the truck. No charge. I don't have a box for this. 4th, the service charge price. Even if I had to pay 2--something, anywhere else is closer to 3 something I my searches. 5th, honorable mention, the tech. It was an electrical issue which was quickly identified by Al. The work was performed in a careful manner. I say this because Al is pretty young. My experience with HVAC pros, that kinda freaked me out, being mostly oldheads. I gotta say won me over. Anyway if you got the bottom of this review your better than me. It's all good info and even more not shown.
